Dr. Armijo's office is conveniently located West of Wyoming and North of Academy, behind UNM Health, Whole Foods Store, and Far North Shopping at 5900 Cubero Drive NE, Suite B in Albuquerque NM.

Financial Arrangements:

We are pleased that you have a dental co-payment insurance policy. We will do everything we can to help you maximize your benefits on a yearly basis. We ask you to keep several important facts in mind. As a courtesy to our patients, we file dental insurance claims for you. Financial Assistance: New Patients... Cash, check, or credit card are required at all first visits. If there is a concern, please call our Financial Coordinator at (505) 797-1000. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. A Wells Fargo bank 12 month interest free payment plan is available upon approval of credit. For larger cases, financial arrangements can be made with our financial coordinator. For fees under $300.00, payment by cash, check, or credit card is required at time of service. We can help with insurance for your reimbursement. Please see insurance. For fees in excess of $300.00, payment arrangements may be made in advance through our bookkeeping department. Accounts outstanding more than 90 days from treatment date will bear interest at 1.5% per month or 18% per annum. Any accounts that we carry a balance on may be subject to a credit bureau report.
